Look at the number of clients you serve and the number of people who will work with it. Most teams of three to ten people are a good fit for Launch or Grow. If you are in between, start lower: you can always move up.

You pay per plan, not per client. Every plan comes with a set number of users and client environments. As long as you stay within those, an extra client costs you nothing extra.
The way of working itself is in every plan: client context, task agents, ready-made templates, the auto planner and weekly planning, and approval through the operations hub. The differences are in the numbers, in what you can share with your team, in connections and in support.
Twenty percent off every plan. You pay for a year in advance, which brings the price per month down by a fifth.
Yes. You can switch to another plan at any time, and with monthly billing you can cancel any month. Your client context and templates stay in place as long as your account is active.
Nothing switches off. You get a notice that you are reaching the limit, and then you decide for yourself whether to move to a bigger plan.
It stays your client's. Ardion works inside the accounts you connect, we sell or share nothing, and nothing is shared between clients. You can remove an account at any time.
